Pagi dah buat bekfest so tgh hari buat lunch..kali ni buat fish puree plak..jom tgk bahan2nyer..
butter, boneless tenggiri,skinless tomato,carrot..
1st goreng ikan dgn butter sampai masak then add tomato + carrot..goreng jap then + air..biar carrot empuk then blend
Ni rupa bila dah blend..rase mmg yummy..resepi asal ade add orange juice + susu tp aku tak tambah bahan tu sb tak elok ikan + buah + susu..ikut sunnah nabi..tanpa 2 bahan tu pun still sedap jgk!
